Planta Terminal Pickup Terms

1. Shipping Confirmation:

Our shipping team will contact you to confirm the details before your order is shipped. Please note that the designated terminal may differ from the list provided above. If there are any changes, you will be informed accordingly.

2. Planta Greenhouse Pickup Only:

This policy applies exclusively to orders for Planta Greenhouses and related products designated for pickup.

3. Timely Pickup Requirement:

Once you receive a call from the terminal notifying you of your shipment’s arrival, we kindly request that you pick up your order within 1 business day. Failure to do so may result in storage fees, which will be billed directly to the customer. To avoid unnecessary charges, please plan to retrieve your shipment promptly.
