Do I get full warranty?

YES! As an authorized dealer, all of our customers will get full warranty from Poly-Tex, the Palram's American distribution center. 

What does the Warranty cover?

Warranty covers metal and polycarbonate panel damage form the load and corrosion due to the age. Please contact us to claim your warranty if need. 

Can I extend Canopia?

Golry, Snap&Grow model can be extended. Others not. Please contact us for detail. 

What is the leading time?

Customer can expect to receive the greenhouse around 2 weeks after placing the order. Remote area could be delay due to carriers schedule. 

Does Canopia require foundation?

No. The foundation is optional. You can buy Palram certified one from us or build by yourself. Or just sit the greenhouse on the ground or concrete. 

What is the Hail Resistance Rate?

We do not have any ratings on how the greenhouse would hold up to the hail damage. In the past years, we had zero cases of hail damage.
