Deposit & Payment Policy
Full payment is always encouraged. Paying in full at the time of purchase helps expedite processing and ensures priority in production scheduling.
Deposit Payment are welcome. A 30% deposit is required at the time of purchase to confirm your order and secure any promotional or discounted pricing. The remaining balance is due in full prior to shipment, once the greenhouse is ready to be dispatched.
Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed, the manufacturer begins the process of sourcing materials specifically for your greenhouse. The production schedule is based on the manufacturer’s timeline and material availability.

If you cancel before production has started, a refund will be issued minus a 3% processing fee. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment.

If you cancel after production has begun, your 30% deposit will be held until a new buyer is found for the greenhouse. Once the item is resold, a refund will be processed minus the 3% processing fee.
Please note: Deposits are used to cover material and labor costs initiated specifically for your order. Because of the custom nature of greenhouse production, we appreciate your understanding regarding these policies.
