Dive To Garden provides FREE Standard Less than Truckload (LTL) freight shipping for the greenhouse which over 150 Lbs or special size products.
A phone number must be provided by the customer prior to the delivery of their order.
If an order is shipped to a fright terminal, the delivery person will contact the customer to inform the arriving date and time.
If the delivery is failed due to customer do not arrive to receive their order or if they refuse to accept the order with a valid reason, the customer have responsibility to pay all shipping, labor and restocking costs.
Please be informed that the liftgate is different from inside delivery.
Schools, resorts, campgrounds , churches, any space of the worship and hotel may trigger extra charge from most carrier that will bill to the customer.
First-time appointment delivery fee is included. Once delivery time scheduled with the carrier, any change that trigger the redelivery and the second appointment fee will 100% bill to the customer.

The White Glove Delivery is for special request only, the charge before or after greenhouse ship out is depend by carrier, and 100% bill to customer. Contact us if you need it.
Please inform that the driver will drop the freight at your driveway/open space in the front of your house/gate only in some states due to carrier's standard whatever you add liftgate or no.
DO NOT REFUSE the delivery, 15% of restocking fee plus shipping cost back to the warehouse will be billed to customer. IT IS NOT A JOKE.
