The Royal Victorian Greenhouse is one of the premier greenhouses in the “Helios” line of greenhouses from Janssens of Belgium. This company has been making high-end glass greenhouses for over 70 years.
This is a classic-looking English greenhouse with the best insulation and features of modern technology, Thick frame profiles combined with rubber seals and a high-quality structural design will give you peace of mind in any weather condition.
GLASS: Traditional horticultural glass (3 to 4 mm thick) is most often used in greenhouses because it is cheaper than safety glass. However, it is less strong and when it breaks it shatters into sharp pieces. Safety glass is five to seven times stronger than horticultural glass and should it break in an extreme case, it will fall apart into small harmless pieces. All our conservatories are equipped with 4mm safety glass as standard.
POLYCARBONATE: If you want to completely prevent glass breakage and also want to pay attention to insulation, you can also opt for plastic windows. These consist of clear double sheets of polycarbonate. They insulate 40% better than single glass, which means less temperature fluctuations occur in the conservatory. An additional advantage of plastic is that the sun's rays are effectively filtered.

I’m thrilled with my Royal Victorian greenhouse! It allows me to keep big pots of agave inside for the winter instead of replacing them. We’ve also started seeds for plants that caterpillars eat, and now we have so many butterflies! It’s a beautiful addition to our home and garden. Plus, the customer service has been excellent—whenever we needed something, they rushed it to us quickly and were always friendly and helpful. I’m very happy with my purchase!
The Victorian greenhouse has added functional beauty to our open area, protected and partially shaded by cedar trees. Its size is perfect for overwintering our tropical and succulent plants while also accommodating container-grown vegetables. In the spring, it becomes the perfect space for seed starters and perennial cuttings.
This product replaced an inferior one, offering greater strength, easier assembly, and significantly improved performance.
Last year, I acquired a beautiful greenhouse that has proven to be a sturdy and appealing addition to my yard. I opted for the polycarbonate panels, which, unfortunately, didn't accommodate the louver side window. However, they did provide an additional roof window. The assembly instructions were somewhat challenging to follow, so I strongly recommend thoroughly reading them in advance to prevent overlooking any crucial steps.
"I'm really happy with my greenhouse. I really like its quality, especially when I build it on a stem wall. The sturdy metal structure provides excellent support, keeping everything square and reducing the risk of warping or collapsing. It is very strong, sturdy, and rigid."

No it does not. However, the type of weather which would damage the Janssens® greenhouse would be such that it would also damage your main house and/or other structures in your garden. In which case this damage would be covered by your home-owners insurance policy.
It is required to have 2 people minimum to assemble the greenhouse. If not considering site preparation, the assembly normarly take about 8-12 hours. It could be more if you have to install shelves and the foundation frame.
